AWSOME WEIGH INS

I'm so proud of how wonderful you all did on your final weigh ins. Most of you stayed focus and motivated and really pushed hard to get to where you are!
I will be posting the results momentarily.

Love You All,
SGT. Slaughter

  1. At my heaviest, 275 lbs, I felt beautiful as long as I didn't look too long in the mirrow. My reflection revealed a person I hadn't recognize for 15 years.

Over the years, I have hated hearing strangers, friends, and family say, "You are so young and have such a pretty face you should loose weight." Internally I'd reply, "DON'T YOU THINK I WOULD IF I COULD!" I often said, "God its not fair." "Why do I have to work so hard while others don't?"

I have currently lost 75 lbs becuase of people like Cheryl Mullin a/k/a Sgt. Slaughter. They see beyond the "pretty face" by assisting us in finding a balance and most importantly ourselves through physical training and health education.

Again, thank you Cheryl and your team for extending your passion and knowledge of physical fitness and overall health.
