5 minute work outs count!

There is always time for a quick work out! No matter how busy your day is, 5 minutes is all you need to get a quick circuit in. The 5 minutes can be a quick boost to your energy. Forget the cup of coffee, just jump some rope, do some push ups and squats and you will feel more alert. Get your blood flowing and get some added oxygen and your good to go!

  1. You're so right and such an inspiration! It's easy to get lost in the sauce of everday life but I need to remind myself that getting in a good workout (no matter how short) helps out in every area! Thanks, Cheryl!
