I love when my work outs leave me weak in the knees, cheeks flushed, body shaking, sweating and breathing hard! My work out today left my body feeling great! This is what I did:
Jogged up the stairs in my house (19) for 2 minutes, 2 minute rest, Jumped rope for 2 minutes, 2 minute rest, squat jacks 3 sets of 15 reps, 3 sets of 20 lunges, 3 sets of 20 bicep curls , 3 sets of tricep dips, 15 minutes of stretching. Absolutely wonderful!
