Work outs during the holidays


During the holidays, everyone enjoys good food and worry less about weight management. After all the festivities are over, we are left feeling guilty for the amount of food we consumed and the weight that was gained. Don't throw away an entire year of exercise and healthy living in just a couple of months. A healthy lifestyle should be part of your life the ENTIRE year!
Continue to incorporate healthy habits by being creative during the holidays. You can still enjoy the food and the treats, during the holidays while controlling your diet and your budget! I've come up with some creative and budget friendly gift ideas, meals and exercise programs for the holidays.

Gift Ideas:

Meals:
It's all about portion control! Enjoy the turkey, stuffing and all the desserts. For your Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners snack throughout the day without actually over eating at dinner time.
